This video shows the steps to bypass SSL pinning on devices running iOS 10 & 11 using Frida scripts. In case you are on a higher iOS version, it is possible that these third party scripts might now work. You can try a few scripts from Frida codeshare for your version of iOS, or try bypassing the SSL pining with Objection.
